This team is backed by a board of administration, comprised of 9 directors and 9 alternate directors, who are acknowledged personalities with ample business and professional experience. Who conduct and do business with the principles and values through transparent corporative government.

Also, we train our youngsters who show high potential for growth to assume the managerial and directorial responsibilities by way of the Urbi University, our integral program of integrated training.

We also have a Program of Economic aid for Post-graduate studies Urbi-CEMEX, which stimulates the continuing preparation of our people.
